Petite Skinny Jeans – Best Price!

I am about 116 lbs and about 5′3". I used to always buy American Eagle jeans but now all their jeans are "skinny" cut, and my thighs and butt are by no means skinny. Their jeans look awful on me. I’m not overweight but my waist is small whereas my hips, thighs, and rear are bigger. I can’t find any jeans that look halfway decent on me. Any recommendations? I prefer flares but it seems they aren’t very popular anymore because all I’m seeing are bootcut. Thank you!

I was wondering if skinny jeans are still in style.
I need to buy a new pair of jeans but, I don’t know if I should buy skinny jeans or regular jeans.
I’m petite. I fit a size 10 in girls. I can’t fit in American Eagle, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, Wet Seal yet. There smallest size is a size 0 or 0/0. They’re to BIG on me.
Where can I buy affordable jeans that are cute?
