Petite Skinny Jeans – Best Price!

i’m having trouble finding skinny jeans that fit well – i want them to be skin tight allllll the way down my leg to the ankles.
usually the ones i find (i usually buy from delia’s, american eagle, forever 21, etc) are tight to my knees but looser on the bottom half of my legs.
any help? it’s even better if you can tell me where i can find good skinny jeans with like a 29"-30" inseam, i’m pretty petite.

I’m 15 years old, 5 ft, skinny, and not very curvy. So basically petite. I love American Eagle jeans, but the size 0’s don’t fit me. (my butt’s too small and i’m too short) Skinny jeans tend to fit me better, so i’m thinking of ordering AE skinny jeans in size 00.

Do you know if it will fit me?
Do you know of any cute brand of jeans for petite girls?
